I want to purchase brodband from jio.so i booked jiofiber the next day the jio representative called me and misguided me. I want prepaid connection and jio giving his customers 1 month free trial, 1.1500 (where 500 security deposit and 1000 installation charge) 2. 2500(where 1500 for set up box and 1000 for installation charge). So the matter is I want 1500 plan but the representative don’t want to give me my right ,he said to me that the 1500 plan is terminated in Bihar state by company itself. BUT I ALSO Talked with Customer Care and they told me that he misguided you and the 1500 pla. Still exist by company. So they misguiding consumer by not giving their right.
