I want to get broadband from jio, so I booked jio fiber and I want prepaid plan, jio give 1 month free trial for all customers with prepaid plan.. 1.1500 (where 500 security deposit and 1000 installation charge) 2.2500(where 1500 set up box charges and 1000 installation charge).. with free 150 Mbps plan for 1 month for both plans. So the matter is I want to purchase 1500 plan as I don’t want to purchase set up box plan, but the jiofiber representative don’t want to give me 1500 plan he want to give me 2500 plan and he said that 1500 plan is now terminated in Bihar state from company but i also talked to customer care of jio ,they told me that he is misguide you and the 1500 free trial plan still exist. So the representative misguiding people and don’t want to give me 1500 plan as for my will.
