I have requested a jio fiber relocation request on May 01st via my jio app.
Still my request is not yet addressed by the concern team and everyday i keep on calling the jio customers care for support, every day there are telling request will process with in 48 days.
Almost 13 days crossed.
Still no one called , even though not updated the status of the request.
This this worst service I m handling .
No senior person address aor escalated the request.
Kindly take this as my complaint.
