Request for relocation of the connection on 27th Jan 22.
Till no no engineer visited. They kept sending rescheduled mail.
No proper response from customer care OR from Jio appellate authority Karnataka
They are suggesting me to cancel the connection and take new connection so that I can pay them more by buying new boxes (Orally suggested).
