I bought jio fiber connection 1 year ago now and at the time of buying the services company officials commited me to relocate and reinstall the connection as and when I will shift my residence, now recently I have shifted my residence in the same society next building which is showing a serviceable location in my Jio application, I raised a request for relocation on 8th of August 2022 since then I have already followed at customer care number of Jio i.e. 18008969999 several times and every time they keep on giving me a new date for relocation and reinstallation and still I am waiting since last 10days, without internet all my work is pending and we are suffering alot, Today itself they committed me to do the reinstallation at my new address but as usual nobody has turned up, I request you to please look into this as I have been suffering alot.
