I raise a complain on 31june about my jio fiber relocation, but its been days that i didn’t get any help & when i contact nearest jio office they said that you can surrender the old jio fiber and take a new one instead, so is this a solution ??? I call customer care millions of time but they just said its under process it will get resolved under 48 hours but no its not resolved yet , they are playing with customers money do they think they can do whatever they want ?? Last but not the least jio service is pathetic !!! I will upload my complain file at the end !
