I want to relocate jio fibre connection in the same city around 500m away from current address,i have requested jio fibre to relocate on 26th July 2022 and today it is 26 th August 2022 but no action is taken yet,jio fibre sends a message of reschedule of engineer visit daily and says on your request engineer visit is rescheduled even though I didn’t made any such requests as I am in dire need of urgent Relocation.
Jio helpline also provides no help as they keep on requesting for 24 hours daily but no action is taken in any manner
