Sir,
I installed Jiofiber on 06-07-2023 in my previous rental house ( Plot no 12/A, Door no 2/106, Sree lakshmi Narasimhar Illam Raghava Nagar, Moovarasampet CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU 600091,India) . Now I shifted to a new flat (E1-5th Floor-ZIVA , Plot No.1254, Ram Nagar South, Madipakkam, 16th Main Road ,CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU 600091,India). I informed the sales person regarding our shifting. The salesperson confirmed the availability of jio fiber in my new flat. I shifted to a new flat on 04-08-2023 and requested the jio fiber team to relocate my jio fiber connection. That time the sales person said that it is not possible to change due to unavailability of jio fiber in my new flat area. I paid for 6 month and I requested for the remaining 5 month amount . But they are not giving the refund or new connection in my new flat. Kindly do needful as soon as possible.
