I submitted jio fiber relocation request on 5 dec 2022. They gave me slot for relocation on 8 dec 2022 1:00 pm. After waiting several hour, received mail about reschedule on 9 dec 2022. Same thing happened on next day, waited and got mail about reschedule on 10 dec 2022.
Tried to call customer care and they assured me to complete relocation within 8 hour. But after 24 hour, no such progress on this issue. Again called and again assured me for 8 hour. Called several times after this but no progress yet.
Now, they cancelled my relocation application without asking me.
