I got Jio Fibre connection after specifically clarifying with the technical staff about shifting and relocation if needed. They said, if it is a place where Jio Fiber lines are already laid, shiftingbis not a problem and it is free.

5 months after taking the connection. I shifted residence in the same building, different door number. And now they refuse shifting the connection stating some lame technical reason. They asked me to wait for a month to see if the company will revert this order. Now, even after waiting for one month, there is no resolution. They want me to disconnect the account – wherein I will lose Rs. 1000/- and they will refund only Rs. 500/-; and take a new connection, wherein I will have to pay Rs. 1500/-. Either ways, the financial loss is mine.

I have to bear the punishment for Jio not honouring its word.

The customer service is pathetic. They agents are not empowered to resolve any issue. They only know to disconnect calls.
