i am use jio fiver connection ,i am already recharge this month ,then i am sift my room to another location in 04 may 2023,so i generate request for relocation requst,1st they give me time 05 may,then give me date 06th may,then give me date 07 th may, ,then give me date 07 th may, ,then give me date 08 th may on relocation date ,and today in 9 th may my relocation date ,but without my knowledge they are change my relocation date to 10th may 2023,so i request to return my recharge amount but they are not agree to return my amount ,if i not use service from 04 th may to till now 9 th may ,why i pay my amount ….so request not use jio fiver connection in jaipur city.
I am already share my issue with your team , i request for relocation my service from 5 may 2023 to till now not solve , today I receive another time relocation date change in message ,i am already room change but till now not transfer my service from old place to another place ,,,,,,if your solve then talk me other with return your connection and return my all deposit balance with recharge amount return to me now immediately
