I want to relocate my Jio fiber connection, and as proof of address I have rent agreement which is on my Father’s name. I have submitted my Adhar card , where my father’s name is available with my name. Still It is not possible to relocate Jio fiber connection. As practical , we cannot create different rent agreement for each family member, no one from customer care is supporting in this way. I will have to close my connection even for same city transfer.
