As per Request Number SR0000122H2E ,Have asked to relocated my fiber connect in same society on 26Aug2020 was assured call from engineer ,still there is no response .I have been following up on customer care 1800 896 9999(many a time call ss disconnect after keeping on hold for a long time) every day with no solid response
