on 31 July2021 we plan to discontinue the service and sent email to customer care they came and took the equipment back on the 7th august
and they person who came to pick up device he taken the bank details and promised refund with initiated in 7 to 14 days
i called customer care on 7th august 2021 refund was not initiated please wait for another 7 to 14 days
i waited and call again but this time my call was not connected to jio fiber they are asking jio fixed number but this number is eRsed now
