I Have taken Jio service on 5th July 2021 and the HD Quality was very bad compare to TATASKY, even i shown the different with engineer who came for installation
after using the Jio fiber 6 days we noticed couple of issue connection we are unable to connect VPN and most of sites are not working
on 14th July2021 we plan to discontinue the service and sent email to customer care they came and took the equipment back
and they person who came to pick up device he taken the bank details and promised refund with initiated in 7 to 14 days
i called customer care on 7th august 2021 refund was not initiated please wait for another 7 to 14 days
i waited and called back on 18th august 2021 again the same slogan was repeated wait for 7 to 14 working days
from the day 1 i was asking them to escalate to manager they will promise someone will call backup, but no one has reached out.
very bad service and support
