I am Sharad Soni. I have not received refund for Jio Fiber. Their representative picked up the router from us on 16th august 2021 and informed that amount will be credited to us in 10-14 days. It is 01 November 2021 and refund has not been credited to us. No one responds at their customer care number, making impossible for us to contact them back to know the status..
This is just duping common people of the basic money.
I demand a refund along with interest @18% p.a.
