Hi, I wanted to buy jio fiber for my home. I booked an appointment. The service boy came and take 1500 rs from me. After two days I got a call stating that fibre connection is not available in my area. They said I would get the refund. But I didn’t get it. Jio fiber customer care is very bad. Very poor service. They didn’t even pickup call. No specific number available for contact. I want my money back asap.
