I have placed order for jio fiber installation on JAn 30/2021 under order number NO0000G73XKJ in Dhanbad Jharkhand. But some how the installation process is not completed and order is canceled.
Its almost 8months and i did not received any refund from the jio. Mr surya is the person who came to my apartment now he is telling me do whatever you want to do, complaint wherever you want to. Please help me in this.

We took jio fiber connection by paying Rs.2500 , we were told this is only deposit amount and will get refund once the connection is cancelled and router is taken back the authorised person.The jio aithorised person took router 2months back and we have given all bank details but had not received any refund yet.The connection was taken in name of arpit jain staying in diwalipura (vadodara).And now we trying to approach the person he is not picking calls.we have been cheated and have been charged Rs.2500 for no reason.we request you to look into matter and get back us refund of amount paid.
