I have taken a 30 days trial pack of Jio Fiber and was not satisfied with the internet, hence discontinued the connection. On that day i have been informed that within 7 to 14 days i will get my full refund. But it has crossed more than a month now and still i have not received the refund. Upon checking with them now again they are saying i have to wait for more 1 month. I don’t know why they are doing this. They are harassing us and i want to file a complain again them.
