I purchased jio fiber in the month of Nov but I could be installed due to its not even coverage in area 1stly is technical weren’t even professional and wanted to install fiber from a tower after from my home which could go hap hazard due to its wiring not being properly and we’re charging more money for extra wire since they were making wires from far away tower so I turned down the offer and asked to cancel it but since then I haven’t received my refund it has been more than 1 month please issue my refund jio as soon as possible

They are doing the same with me. Technician is coming and telling that more wire is required. I live in a crowded area wherein the nearest connection is at 20-30 meter distance. They are pethetic with their service. Anywhere you need wire for fiber connection. All can’t make house near RIL Jio office to avail Jio fiber. I don’t know who hired these idiots.
