I cancelled by my jio connection in august 2021 and the router was picked up by their agent on 6-August-2021. They asked for bank account details for refund which i provided hand to hand. They said that refund will be issued within 14 working days but today it more than 30 working days still no amount has been credited to bank account. Whenever I call their customer care, they just keep repeating that it is under process will issued shortly please wait.
