I took one month jio fiber free installation offer for 2500/- in December 2021 and after which I am calling and mailing them constantly to refund my 2500/- but the email trail is still going on with stupid replies that they have raised tickets and they have refunded money as well after which I attached my bank statement multiple times for proof. I don’t know what their issue is in refunding my own money and where the issue lies in the amount being credited to my account. I am following up with them on Twitter, Emails, calls, nothing is working. Maybe this is some kind of scam.
