Actually I have raised a relocation request for my connection,but they told me that relocation not possible in another state so you have to cancel the connection from here and get a new connection at different place and they told me that within 14 days of disconnection i will be getting my refund,but after shifting here and till 14 days whenever I called them they sasked me to wait till completion of 14 days and now after completion of 14 days they told me that now refund not possible,they changed completely,please help
