I have raised jio fiber cancellation request on Aug4th 2022 due location change i went personally to jio store Kukatpally and submitted the devices on Aug10 2022.
When ask the status multiple times with customer care they said device is not submitted.
Till shows status is work in progress of my work order.
When i spoke with Ji store Kukatpally they are talking with irresponsible.
