Hi I had gotten a jio fiber connection for my house in Velachery area of chennai in July 2021 however within 1day of connection we started facing issues when asked to get a solution for the network problems they would give no proper response and on multiple occasions had closed the complaint request without even attempting to contact so I took a decision to disconnect the services and take a refund as part of the original deal in joining jio Fiber but unfortunately I have not been able to get this resolved even after 2 months of interaction please help
