Dear Sir / Madem,
I have npartially received my refund of jio gigafiber. I paid 2500 as a deposoit for both router and dth and I got refud of 1000INR and
I have a raised a service request (SR000014MFHF) but they closed request without resolving the issue.
Could you please help on this.
