I, Girish Tiwaskar, had purchased a Jio Fiber Connection on 4th of April 2023, with an annual payment of 21225.84. Even after repeated attempts the engineers from the Jio team couldn’t resolve the issues like Live TV Channel guide, Channel Switch, Pausing Live TV, Recording Option for programs etc.
Subsequently the cancelation request was registered on 14th of April and the Cancellation Process was completed, including pick-up of device on 23rd of April, 2023.
The refund was assured within 7 days from the pick-up of devices.
Even now, I have not received any refund. The Call to Jio Fiber Customer Care at 1800-896-9999 says that the connection is terminated due to mismatch of documents, BUT the representative informed me that there would not be any refund issued as per the cancellation policy.
There was no such policy disclosed by Reliance representative. Anyways, such a policy can’t be in place. Why was the disconnection process executed? Why were the devices taken back? Why were the bank details sought?
This is ultimate level of cheating and fraud.
