I’ve canceled my jio fiber connection on 6th of August 2021. According to them they have refunded my security amount(₹500) on 2nd of September and from 2nd sep today it’s 26 th of sep still I’ve not received my remaining amount and whenever I ask them when will I get the amount the only reply I get is I should wait for 2 or 3 days.
I request consumer complaint court to take strict actions against them.
