I only get 500 as a refund in my account when i disconnected jio fiber connection by your executive they uninstalled it and at the 14th day I got 500 as refund but I had paid 1500 as security money while jio fiber connection ,I disconnected the jio fiber service because of my transfer from that place to a roming village ,Iand it was in trail period I surrender it in the trail period but I did not get the amount I was to be given
