My Jio Fiber Plan Cancel request from my side on 01st Dec 2020 with in 30 Days of Plan Activation
but at actual my Jio Fiber Plan Expired on 04th Dec 2020
after may Call ( My side to Jio Fiber Call Center ) and Visit to Jio Fiber Care office at Mulund finally my Jio Fiber
router pickup from Jio team on 02nd Feb 2021 after 60-61 Days of Plan Cancel request
received Deposit Refund from Jio Fiber is Rs.500/- on 08th Feb 2021
wean i ask Jio Call Center Person they tall your are not eligible for Refund Rs.1000/- if Router Pickup after 60 Days of Plan Expired
or Cancel request after 30 Days of Activation of Plan
but my Cancel request is Before Plan Expiry
it is my fault if Jio Team has no Pickup Router till 60-61 Day
i am eligible aur not eligible for Refund Pleas tall as
aur Jio fiber has no Money to refund
then what means of this advertisement
