I have request for relocation of jio fiber on Aug2020 but person name Faisan (Jio Employee) instead of relocation booked a new postpaid connection on my name and took the old prepaid jio setup box and router from my place. For my old connection I have deposited Rs. 2500 out of which Rs. 1000 was a charged for wiring and non refundable but 1500 was refundable. I came to know after 4 months that they have installed postpaid connection and did not cancel my old connection due to which I did not get any refund. I have done many complaints on jio customer care but there is no action taken in 3 months.
