Sir,
I got my Jio fiber picked up on 19th September, 2021, and till now i haven’t got my refund.
There is no helpline so that we can directly talk to the jio official on this issue.
When I talked to the marketing guy he said that everyone is getting refund 2&3 months later
Jio is just using our money to earn more profits by delaying our refund 2-3 months
Also Email and chat support are also just automated on the basis of keywords, no matter what you complain the response is same
