I have jio fiber connection at my home site. Since I made a recharge of 5994/-+ 18% gst which makes a total of 7072.92/- rs but I did not get the exact benifits what they listed in the description or directly say did not get Amazon prime vedio subscription which they listed in Recharge description while I made recharge. And also before recharge I had a conversation with one of the jio fiber customer care executive and I confirmed the details of the semiannual recharge which I was going to do and she assured me to enjoy all the listed benefits or all OTT.
I confirmed with customer care executive because few months ago I faced a same problem with them and I also explained the problem which i was faced before to their executive and then she assured me to not face the problem again and she arranged a visit of an engineer and one of the local jio attender came and check and said there is no solution for this and they fill that customer premises not access for them in reason of complaint closure while they visited.
Kindly help me out.
Very bad experience with jio fiber I didn’t expect this because I am using jio fiber since last 3 year.
