We requested jio fiber Reallocation and we’re promised to get it don’t in 24 hours but it never happened.
We called customer care multiple times only response we get is “we can’t do anything wait for technician to come” same response by all and no action at all. It’s been 10 days we are following it up after multiple requests and insisting they said we will schedule call back with supervisor but they never called back.
We reacharged jio fiber and we are not able to use it instead we are paying extra daily for mobile recharge to continue our work.
They r simple reschedule appointment without any information to us.
Jio customer care is utter waste, simply says we can’t do anything please wait.
Reached local technician he says we can’t come directly only when they receive code from them they can come.
Worst customer service by jio,no concern for customer,no helping nature from customer care simply troubling customer and earning more money in wrong way.
