I am using Jio fiber connection from last two years. Now I changed my home so I requested them to reallocate my connection on new location. I called them before recharge because I was not sure that they will reallocate or not but they said recharge now and it will be reallocate in two days. I recharged my connection plan on 8th of march 2022 and requested for reallocation on 9th march 2022, I got a message and they scheduled it on 10th march 2022 on 5:30pm but on 10th march 2022 I received a sms from their side that your request cancelled due to address verification. I called their customer care and they could not provide any satisfactory response. After that on 11th march 2022, again I generate a request for the reallocation and I received a sms from their side that it will be done by 12th march 2022. But I have not received any call from their side and no engineer visit regarding this. I am an IT professional and doing work from home so internet is the primary thing for me. I paid them because I don’t want any delays in internet use but think those guys are not serious about this. If I am not using their services from past 3-4 days then who will pay to me. I want to reallocate my connection without delays and compensate about i am not using services after payment as well. Please look into this and it will be great help for me.
