Im Aslam, from Hyderabad city who has taken a Jio fiber connection in the month of April.
I took 6 months plan.
But unfortunately, due to some reasons I have to change my location within the city.
So i raised a re-location request.
Many people are using Jio Fiber already in my new Apartment .
But the Jio Engineer who visited my Apartment today said that it is not possible to give new connection in my flat.
Because the Box present near the Electric pole is completely filled with other customers who are using Jio Fiber in the new Apartment.
So the Engineer & Customer care person asking me to cancel the Jio Fiber. Moreover they are telling me that I dont get refund also.
