I wanted to had jio fiber connection so I contacted jio agent, he said there is a plan of Rs.1668 for 5 months, and he explained the charges as Rs.500 for installment and Rs.1168(234 * 5) for recharge, and he didn’t specified it was a postpaid plan or pre-paid plan, he also said after 5 months you can recharge any plan as per you wish, and for 5 months I don’t have to pay anything.
But on 16 Sep on my jio app it was showing a due amount of Rs.950, and my plan is still active and valid to 16 Oct, 2023.
Upon further investigation and I found they have charged Rs.749 for 13 May to 15 May in the name of advance rental which was clearly not informed by the agent, It also was not specified how this advance rental work, And in the app it is still showing my play is valid till 16 oct.
