We had applied for a Jio Fiber connection at our office premises in Little Mount on 1st of April and a deposit of Rs.2500 was made.
Post that we have not as at date got any connection nor any response from the company. The sales person is not answering the call. Customer Service says, they have nothing to do with Sales and we will have to deal directly.
Below are the messages received on different dates:
Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 09-04-2021 : 16:00:00 for INSTALLATION of your JioFiber connection along with Set top box.
