My jio fiber is not working 09/June/2022. Filed complaint for the same and no proper response from jio. When I try contacting customer care they are providing false commitments. No service engineers has visited the premises yet and the schedule is keep on postponed. I have made several calls every 2hrs for the past 4 days. But no proper response and very poor service from Jio.
