Hi,
Yesterday i made the payment for Jio fiber and i clearly mentioned that i need installation yesterday only but installation schedule is done for today and i have called several times but no one has come for installation and now they are saying it will be done tomorrow.
first i have given a time for morning when no body came i called helpdesk and they told me Installation will be done between 2-4 and no body came again and when i called again they said it will be done tomorrow.
They are raising the tickets and closing by themselves without any resolution.
I have called many times to Sales Manager but he is not picking up the phone.
