I had used Jio fiber for six months. After that I had cancelled the connection due shifting of home. I applied for cancellation then they refunded me partial payment. I asked why so they told me after 60days installation charge is applicable. I told them this was not informed me while installation so I requested them to refund. They are ignoring now to refund full.
