my OTT Subscription was deactivated for gap between the recharge and co. is saying in TERMS CONDITIONS it is mentioned regarding the same (but CO. IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE SAME IN WRITTEN any where) neither they are ready to refund the amount nor ready to listen (everytime call gets disconnect whenever ask for the same)
