We have booked jio fiber connection on 01/04/2022 and paid Rs.2500/-.They promised to give the give connection on or before evening on the same day. So that we uninstalled our DTH connection and given to our relative. But that day they have given some excuses and not coming, giving next day instat promise. Today is 3rd.april, we are waited till 5pm not even any call from them, atlast my husband called the executive, he told us to cancell the order because the technical side suitable for is to give the connection.he came to our home and gpay the money back. But we are totaly disappointed. We already lost our DTH connection because of them, and also we have lose our 2 days valueable time for waiting them
