The complaint is regarding jio fiber connection. I was having an old jio fiber connection which was damaged and was repairable but once i contacted with jio officials they duped by saying previous connection cant be restore and i have to apply for new connection. They also said by cancelling previous connection, i will give them router and setup box and will recieve back an amount of 1500 but first i have to apply for new connection. Once i had a new connection and i paid new dues, they informed me within 7 working days, jio officials will come and take back the items related to previous connection and will pay back me money into my account, despite waiting for 20 days and back to back calls woth customer care, my query wasnt solved and they misbehaved with me. This is my right to complaint about the duping of jio fiber and there officials.
