Despite repeated phone follow-ups, we have yet to receive a proper response from the team. Not answering phone calls for 36days. I trusted the Jio network and planned to connect up fibre, paying Rs.2824.92. Later, I encountered this type of problem. Because of this, my routine work is behind. Need refund from the team after the cancelation.
