I have complained about my jio fiber bearing mobile number 8707059105 on 23 September since then i am calling at jio customer care day per day but they r not scheduling the visit and mentally harassing me by saying that today your problem will be resolved and I’m listening this from past 5 days. one of the local technician of jio fiber demanded money for the wire which was torn out outside the house. one of their technician visited the house and opened all the gadgets and left since then my WiFi is in that condition.
I want to lodge an FIR against jio higher officials for mental harassment and demanding money and working against their conditions and policy mentioned in their rule book.
