ON DT. 11.03.2024 I HAVE TAKEN JIO FIBER CONNECTION AND ON DT. 23.03.2024 I HAVE DONE FIRST COMPLAIN FOR INTERNET NOT WORKING TILL DATE 09.09.2024 SAME ISSUE HAS BEEN NOT RESOLVED FROM JIO FIBER. CONTACTING TO THEIR MS HEAD MR. CHETAN MOB. +91 – 6353679374 & MS MR. DHARMIK SHAH MOB. +91 – 7226911995 FROM LAST 3MONTH ON EACH AND EVERY DAY FOLLOWUP BUT THEY ARE NOT IN POSITION TO RESOLVE THE COMPLAIN. ITS VERY SHAMEFUL SERVICE GIVEN FROM MULTINATIONAL COMPANY JIO FIBER. THAT AFTER TAKING MONEY THEIR IS NO ONE IN THEIR TEAM TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE OR LISTEN OUR COMPLAIN. NOT COUSTMER CARE HAS LISTEN THE COMPLAIN OR NOT APPLELLATE TEAM.
