Dear Sir/Madam,
I am kavita semwal due to lockdown and online classes for kids i have installed jio fiber at my home for first month it worked ok but as soon as first month was over we have to make a recharge and i made a recharge of 824/- rupees but since from 14 may 2021 internet is not working i made so many complaints to jio care but these people are not ready to fix the problem.sir because internet is not working both my kids are unable togive their online classes.sir these people have cheated me after making recharge internet is not working.sir my request to take action against jio fiber and i also want for the total days internet not worked they have to pay me penlity.
