Hi
I have recharged my jio fiber with the half yearly pack, which is going to expired on July 2023, but from 3rd April suddenly jio fiber Stop working, I called customer support many times but they are not able to fix this issue, and their engineer not responding at all.
I requested jio customer care to cancel by jio subscription and give me a full refund of my half yearly recharge since jio failed to provide any kind of support to fix the internet issue.
