Pathetic service of jio customer service which I have experience so far my issue is simple my internet is not working for more than 75 hours and it’s not resolved yet how long dose it takes to send a technitian jio customer support don’t have any option to get in touch with any senier where my issue can be escalated or not any info about when the tech guy be visiting due to your service my work is now getting hampered what should I do I have called multiple times here are some adviser who have tried there resolve my issue but still having same issue dakshita, Shabina, Laxmi
They promice me every day the same thing and nothing is helping me out know I am fed-up of these guys and nothing is in my hands so I am filing this complaint.
